Solution Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Solution Engineer to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure our platform to deliver high-impact solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate technical capabilities into customer value, and ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and design tailored product configurations.
• Implement and test workflows, integrations, and platform setups.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Troubleshoot issues, prepare solution documentation, and provide product guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate client feedback.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with customer maturity.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software systems, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Good communication skills to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to manage multiple client tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for SaaS products, customer experience, and solution delivery.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in tech/implementation is a plus (not mandatory).
