Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of client and internal projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, track progress, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured execution, problem-solving, and maintaining clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end project execution, from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Create project timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
• Communicate regularly with clients to share updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve blockers.
• Maintain documentation including project plans, reports, and meeting notes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana).
• Understanding of software development processes is an advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in project coordination/management is a plus but not mandatory.
